Blog Tour for Missing by Kelley Armstrong

I’m a huge fan of Kelley Armstrong’s books, she’s definitely an author that is always at the top of my auto-buy list, for pretty much any new release that she has coming out. So, when a publicist from Random House Children’s Books reached out to me and asked me to be a part of this blog tour, I immediately jumped at the chance.

Kelley Armstrong is an amazingly talented author of many books ranging in both the Adult and Young Adult demographic and I’m happy to share any information regarding any new releases that she has coming out or that has already been recently released with as many people within the “bookish community” in hopes that it will draw more attention to her and also bring in new readers and fans, as well as sparking various book discussions within the community.

So, if you’re a fan of suspenseful, thrilling mysteries that are fast paced, and masterfully written then you will absolutely enjoy this book. I know that I’m probably setting the bar pretty high when I say that, being that I haven’t actually had the chance to read the book yet myself, but I have absolutely no doubts at all in my mind that it isn’t everything that I’ve said it is and so much more. I mean, it’s Kelley Armstrong, and she has a history of writing amazing novels with intense and gripping storyline’s that will keep you rooted to your seat until you are finished with the book.

One of the things that makes me really excited for this book, is the fact that it’s a standalone novel, and I’m not going to have to sit and anxiously wait for the next book to come out a year from now. As much fun as that is because it builds up the the anticipation of what’s to come next, sometimes it’s a lot more fun to just have the one book and know that you’re going to get a really great ending with all of the closure that you’ll want or that the author wants you to have as the reader.

The only thing Winter Crane likes about Reeve’s End is that soon she’ll leave it. Like her best friend did. Like her sister did. Like most of the teens born in town have done. There’s nothing for them there but abandoned mines and empty futures. They’re better off taking a chance elsewhere.

The only thing Winter will miss is the woods. Her only refuge. At least it was. Until the day she found Lennon left for dead, bleeding in a tree.

But now Lennon is gone too. And he has Winter questioning what she once thought was true. What if nobody left at all? What if they’re all missing?

About Kelley Armstrong

Website | Twitter | Facebook | Goodreads

Kelley Armstrong has been telling stories since before she could write. Her earliest written efforts were disastrous. If asked for a story about girls and dolls, hers would invariably feature undead girls and evil dolls, much to her teachers’ dismay. All efforts to make her produce “normal” stories failed.

Today, she continues to spin tales of ghosts and demons and werewolves, while safely locked away in her basement writing dungeon. She’s the author of the NYT-bestselling “Women of the Otherworld” paranormal suspense series and “Darkest Powers” young adult urban fantasy trilogy, as well as the Nadia Stafford crime series. Armstrong lives in southwestern Ontario with her husband, kids and far too many pets.

About Susan

Hi, I’m Bookish Revelations, because every character has one!

I mostly go by Suz, I’m from the south where I grew up loving football on Friday and Saturday nights, field parties, and just chillin’ with my friends.

Reading has transformed me in many ways, which is why I choose to blog about books. They pretty much saved me and I have loved every single minute of it.
